This playlist took me several weeks. My intention was to be pragmatic and go through a bunch of music videos and short films on my drive. This is why, the video selection may seem super random. There are excerpts from two Polish films made in the mid-to-late 1980s, both heavily flawed, frustrating, and visually ugly (mostly), which also epitomizes cinema films released in Poland during that time. There are excerpts from a few gay-porn vintage films and contemporary wank-shorts, thereby teasing my plan of visualizing one playlist exclusively with footage coming from films of the genre. There are excerpts from a few fan videos to Boards of Canada's songs - it's a recurring source of mine, and there are still a few I haven't employed. Finally, there are excerpts from a massive film life-project by Anne Charlotte Robertson.
